OUR FOOD AT COLE
FARMS
Much
of our food is prepared from old family recipes. In order to have a
menu which is distinctive from other restaurants of our type, no pre-portioned
or pre-breaded foods are used. We make our own ice cream, bake our own
beans, cut and process hamburg and all other beef products. Our chickens
are cooked fresh daily. Most seafood comes from the cold waters of the
North Atlantic. Tartar sauce, bleu cheese, cole slaw and Cole Farms
house dressings are prepared on the premises as well as pies, puddings,
soups and chowders. If mashed potato is not available, it is because
we will use no form of instant or processed potato products. Our eggs
are delivered fresh twice each week from a nearby egg farm and are used
in all recipes requiring eggs in their preparation. We bread to order
all our deep fried foods and fry them in 100% vegetable oil.

provide banquet facilities for your special function or party.
